1. General By accessing and purchasing from oturascent.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. Otura is operated by Wave Marine General Trading LLC, licensed in Dubai, UAE (License No. 635699).

2. Products All aroma oils and diffusers are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Pricing All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are subject to change without notice.

4. Orders & Payment By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information provided is accurate. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.

5. Shipping Orders are shipped within the UAE. Free delivery on orders over AED 300; AED 30 for orders below. Delivery takes 2–3 business days. We do not process orders on weekends or public holidays.

6. Returns & Refunds Returns accepted within 14 days for unused, sealed items in original packaging. Devices carry a 1-year warranty (lifetime warranty when used with Otura oils). Refunds processed within 5–10 business days.

7. Intellectual Property All content on this site is the property of Otura and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
